Your tactical restriction options have expanded to include Stay-Based Minimum Length of Stay (Stay LOS) restrictions in addition to Arrival-Based Minimum Length of Stay (Arrival LOS).
What’s New
Each property can now be configured to use either Arrival-Based or Stay-Based LOS restrictions.

To maximize the performance of our AI-driven recommendations, tactical LOS restrictions will be standardized to one type per property — either Stay or Arrive — based on your team’s preference and any downstream system considerations. This approach allows our recommendation engine to evaluate fewer conflicting signals and deliver more precise, targeted outputs, ensuring your strategy is both simplified and optimized.
Benefits of this Feature
This gives you more flexibility to set rules that best match your operational and revenue strategy.
  • Arrival-Based MinLOS → Use when you want to control guest check-in patterns (e.g., requiring Friday arrivals to stay the full weekend).
  • Stay-Based MinLOS → Use when you need to protect high-demand nights (e.g., ensuring New Year’s Eve is always booked with a 3-night stay, no matter the arrival date).
What's Next?
All properties will remain with Arrival LOS as their default tactical LOS setting. Should you wish to update this restriction type, please reach out via chat to make sure your connected system supports it and to discuss migration of existing restrictions.
