Simplified User Access Management for Insights
Group admins can now manage Insights access directly in
Team Management
within Settings
-- no need to go anywhere else! You can quickly see who has access, assign roles, and make updates with less hassle. It’s a simpler, more transparent way to stay in control.Now, at a glance, admins can clearly see who has Insights access and their assigned roles. To update:
- Toggle access on/off to quickly grant or remove Insights access for individual users.
- Select user roles: Viewer,View-only access to dashboards and reports shared within your group.Creator,Full capability to build and customize dashboards or reports, and use Insights’ AI tools for immediate answers to ad-hoc questions.
Friendly reminders:
- Users with Full or View accessto a property will automatically have access to that property's data in Insights. Users with No Access cannot view that property’s data.
- New Insights usersmust first log in to Insights to activate their accounts. Until activated, schedules cannot be made to them nor can content be shared.
- Keep an eye on your contracted user limits. We'll conduct monthly audits and inform you of any discrepancies. Feel free to reach out via chat if you're unsure about your limits!
