🚀 Planning: Redistribute Above Capacity

You can now redistribute figures above capacity in

Planning

When you input a value that exceeds your selected capacity, FLYR will prompt you to confirm it was intentional. Once confirmed, redistribution continues with the full amount, even if it’s above capacity.

Tip

- If you are planning above your

bookable

capacity but still within your

physical

limit, switch the view to

physical

capacity to allow redistribution up to that higher threshold.

🎯 Why this matters

Planning is not always about today’s constraints, it’s also about aligning with your long-term strategy and commitments. Planning is now more flexible for scenarios such as:

Growing inventory
- your property will add rooms next year. You can now budget at the higher, future count, even if your current physical capacity is lower.
Hotel openings
- you budgeted X units for your opening month, but only part of the property opened due to construction delays. Now you can keep the original budget intact to compare actual performance vs stakeholders expectations.
