Finding your recent work in Insights just got easier. The
My Activity
page now defaults to Combined view
— a document-level summary that replaces the raw action log with something you can actually navigate.
What's New
- Combined view is now the default— activity is grouped by document (workbook, dashboard, or chat session) rather than individual actions like "Chart type changed" or "Topic specified"
- AI Chat sessions now appear in My Activity— a new addition; your recent chat conversations are now tracked and accessible alongside workbooks and dashboards
- Each item shows its name, description, folder location, and last access time, so you can identify what you're looking for without opening it
- Activity is grouped by recency— Today, Yesterday, This week, Older — instead of a flat chronological log
- Visual activity barsgive a quick read on how much work went into each session; hover to see exact change counts or message totals
- Classic view is still availablevia the toggle in the top right if you prefer the action-level log
