Export All Rows in Scheduled CSV & XLSX Files

You can now use the “Send all possible results” option when scheduling exports to CSV and XLSX formats. This allows you to bypass row limits and include every row returned by your query.
💡 What This Means for You:
Full Data Exports
 – Include complete results in your scheduled deliveries, without being restricted by row limits.
Smart Delivery Handling
 – If the file is too large to send as an attachment, a secure download link (valid for 7 days) will be provided in the email instead.
More Flexibility
 – “Send all possible results” is available for dashboard schedules in CSV format and for individual table tile schedules in XLSX format.
⚠️ XLSX Limitation
You cannot use “Send all possible results” when scheduling an entire dashboard to XLSX. To include all rows in XLSX format, schedule each table tile individually by clicking the vertical three-dot menu (⋮) on the tile and selecting Schedule delivery.
