Enhanced Navigation & Collaboration: Shareable Links are Here!

We're excited to announce a meaningful enhancement to your experience: shareable links!

Previously, whenever you refreshed your page, you would be redirected back to the main landing page, losing your current position and any active filters or views. This disruption was inconvenient and confusing, especially if you were deep into editing dashboards or conducting critical analyses.

Now, with our latest update, refreshing your page keeps you right where you left off! Your session, including your current dashboard, active filters, and views, will be preserved, ensuring a seamless and uninterrupted experience.

Additionally, you can now easily share direct URLs to specific analyses or dashboards with your colleagues. These links preserve your selected filters and views, allowing collaborators within your organization to see exactly what you're seeing, streamlining collaboration and reducing miscommunication.

Shared URLs respect user access rights. A user accessing a shared link will only see content they have permissions for. If the shared link contains filters or views for properties or data the recipient doesn't have access to, the content won't load for them.

URL sharing complements—but does not replace—the robust content-sharing capabilities within Insights. Think of URL sharing as "screen-sharing," enabling quick, collaborative viewing rather than replacing structured document sharing or workflow-based content access.
