The Optimization table now brings your pricing, pick-up, performance and market context into a single view. Instead of switching between separate Pricing, Restrictions, Occupancy, and Pick-up tabs, you now work from one enriched table, with the supporting data you need surfaced directly alongside it. Every cell, panel, and setting is also yours to arrange, because no two Revenue Managers read a table the same way.
π Why You'll Love This
- All your context, one screen- Everything you used to check across Pricing, Occupancy, and Pick-up tabs is now available in one view. Read a date once and act on it, instead of cross-referencing multiple tabs and screens to make one decision.
- Your market context, where your strategy already lives- Market Rates is no longer confined to Quick View. It now sits inside the main Optimization table, so reviewing your competitors and reviewing your pricing strategy no longer require two separate screens.
- A table that works your way, not the default way- Choose which data points show in each cell and which panels appear below the table, then set the order. Your view stays exactly as you left it, so you spend less time scanning past data you do not use.

π‘ What's New
- One cell, the full picture- Occupancy and pick-up were previously split across separate tabs. They now appear alongside your current price and AI recommendation in the same cell, so you have what you need for that date without looking elsewhere.
- Price Settings, visible at a glance- Your seasonal strategies, event pricing, closures, and notes were always displayed here. You can now see the name of what is in effect directly on the row, without hovering to check.
- A heatmap that adapts to how you price- Switch the heatmap between Price, Occupancy, and Pick-up (AI Price and Influenced Price in manual mode) to spot patterns across your dates instantly.
- Customize your view- Select the data points you want inside the Pricing Table and each panel group, then set the order from Table Order. A panel hides itself the moment every one of its data points is unticked, and comes back the moment you turn one on.
- Your comp set, arranged your way- Turn on the competitors you follow and set their order yourself, so the ones you check first, like the property across the street, show first everywhere you look.
